Our Sales Department is seeking PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENTS to work in partnership with our new home sales agents to sell Mercedes Homes throughout the Space Coast, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville area.
We are offering 100% commissioned sales opportunities to top-notch professional individuals.
Become an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR for MHi Realty and join our growing team! Our House Realty agents are able to sell new Mercedes Homes in any of our communities in the Space Coast and Palm Bay areas in partnerships with the our new home sales agents.
Must meet the following criteria to be considered:
· Are you a Florida licensed real estate agent? (Must Have or Must Obtain )
· Do you have a strong drive and determination? Results focused?
· Are you energetic, people-oriented and customer service focused?
· Do you have excellent sales skills?
· Can you work mornings or nights and weekends?
· Are you willing to learn our sales system?
· If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, we consider that a plus!
· Are you retired and looking to supplement your income?
