Lead Technician/Installer Job

Federated Service Pro (FSP) is a low voltage systems integrator with offices located in Michigan, Florida and Georgia. Currently FSP is actively seeking a full time Lead Technician/Installer for our growing Ft. Lauderdale office. Our company designs, installs and integrates AV, Security, Intercom, Nurse Call, CCTV, CATV and Distributed/Pro Sound Systems. Successful candidate will work closely with our clients installing and maintaining various types of low voltage systems.

 

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience with design, installation and servicing of commercial low voltage systems. Individual should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self motivated and have an attention to detail with the ability to work independently without error. Clean driving record, professional appearance and attitude are a must. Previous AV, Security, AMX and Crestron programming skills are a plus.  Pay rate based on previous work experience and knowledge of products.


Description of Job Duties:
Maintain existing long-term accounts, while building new contractor relationships. Candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of various low voltage projects throughout South Florida.

 

Skills/Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years low voltage installation experience.

· Clear and Valid Driver’s License.

· Ability to time manage, prioritize and multi-task.

· Knowledge of AV, Security, Intercom, Nurse Call, CCTV, CATV and Sound Systems.

· Ability to Read Technical Drawings and Blueprints.

· Self motivator with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Desire to succeed.
