Job Purpose:

Maintains grounds by reviewing and completing requests; maintaining equipment; cleaning and maintaining ground covers.

Duties:

* Moves soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes, and performs related duties

* Prepares for assigned work by reviewing requests; gathering tools and materials.

* Maintains groundskeeping equipment by performing preventive maintenance; making repairs; procuring parts and supplies.

* Maintains outdoor appearance by cleaning outdoor areas; maintaining ground covering.

* Maintains orderly operations by cleaning shop area.

* Documents actions by completing work orders and logs.

* Enhances grounds management and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
