LEEDS Green Building Project Coordinator
KBI has solidified its place as an extremely reputable General Contractor. We are very forward thinking and use state of the art technology with an eye out for environmentally friendly design to meet our clients challenging design needs. We are looking to expand our capabilities in sustainable design by adding a LEED Green Building Project Coordinator to join our staff of professionals.Â
Â
As the LEED Coordinator you will:
Â
·        Keep KBI in compliance and up to date on all LEED and Green Building requirements
·        Manage LEED tasks and ensure on-time completion
·        Attend seminars and consult management team on LEED programsÂ
·        Attend meetings and coordinate with architects and other entities to keep LEED projects on track
·        Provide technical assistance for projects seeking Green Building Certification
·        Assist in the development of LEED focused marketing proposals, including scope, expectations, approach, schedule and deliverablesÂ
·        Assist in design and production as needed
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess:
Â
·        A strong interest in LEED, Green Building programs
·        BS in construction, engineering or related field
·        Knowledge of LEED, Green Building Coalition or other Green Building rating systems
·        4+ Years of experience in the construction environmentÂ
·        Experience in working with a team of professionalsÂ
·        Good oral and written communication skills
·        Commitment to quality service
·        Green Building or LEED certification a plus
