Job Coordinator

The Paul Davis Restoration Job Coordinator plays a very important part in the success of our company.  This position demands a hard working leader who is a self-starter, goal oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities of a Job Coordinator include, but are not be limited to: Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity Prepare and administer work orders or schedule employee assignments Maintain constant communication with property owner Schedule the completed work order to include: sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments Assist in securing necessary permits and scheduling inspections Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and trades people conduct.) Manage job to speedy conclusion Professionally handle any and all complaints Manage punch list completion, obtain completion certificate and collect funds
