Independently respond to all sales leads and proactively contact customer the same day and establish a relationship. Assist customer in determining the best Lennar product for their needs; develop customer leads into scheduled appointments. Accompany customer to Welcome Home Center and assist in making the sale. Work in concert with other Regional and Division associates towards achieving common goals. Knowledge of company products and features; understanding of local market; monitor and report daily traffic; and prospect for referrals. Previous home/general real estate experience required or demonstrated above average sales track record. Prior new homes sales commission background preferred. New Jersey Real Estate License required.
