Ames Information Services provides property inspections and replacement cost appraisals to insurance companies for underwriting purposes. We are currently hiring part â€“ time field inspectors to complete residential inspections in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements:

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in property /home inspections, real estate appraisals, construction, property claims or related field position.Â Â Â

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong customer service and computer skills

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self â€“ motivated and the ability to work independently

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â High speed internet access and computer

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Digital camera

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to drive and use reliable and insured automobile
