Installation and Service Project Manager

An architectural woodworking company that specializes in residential homes is looking for a Project Manager to organize, maintain, and control the process of installation and subsequent service.

This is a hands-on position that will entail travel and active participation in field application. Responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining installation instructions for all products. Providing training to in-house and outside installers. Keeping accurate cost records for each installation and service. Tracking all service issues to ensure completion. Participating in factory installations and service. Being the primary contact for service and installation questions from dealers and contractors. Performing other duties as assigned.The Project Manager role requires a high degree of communication, record keeping, and follow through on details. Candidates are required to have industry experience with residential home construction (with either project management or installations) and experience working with contractors on residential projects. A background which allows hands-on involvement with projects if needed is highly preferred. The ability to travel when needed is a must!

This is a full time position that pays $43K per year and includes a benefits package.
