Pac-Van competes in the mobile office, storage container, and modular building industry with a nationwide presence including 26 locations in 17 states.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·  Lease and sell mobile offices, modular buildings, storage products, steps, and ancillary products

·  Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationshipsSales activities: prospecting, value selling, and closing

·  Interact with corporate resources to ensure effective and efficient execution of business process activities at the branch level

 

Candidate Requirements:

·  Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-makingStrong selling skillsA track record of business success and responsibility growthDriven to succeed – a Make it Happen attitudeEffective priority setting and time managementHigh expectations of self and othersRelationship builder and effective communicatorAdherence to core company values: dependability, dedication, relationships, initiative, and ingenuity.  Modular Building or Construction Industry experience is a plus. 

 

Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and commissions. Competitive benefits including medical and 401k plan.
