The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Cincinnati Office, is seeking an individual to maintain the building's HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety and compressed air systems through preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and renovation. You will be responsible for answering customer requests; providing guidance to consultants, contractors, and vendors; communicating equipment status; and acquiring the necessary parts, supplies, contracts, and equipment to complete assignments.

 

To qualify, you must possess at a minimum a 2-year college technical degree or 2 years technical vocational training, a professional license, and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience maintaining central plant and equipment. An Ohio Low Pressure Boiler Operators license is a plus. Experience in computerized maintenance work order systems, time management skills, and an automated building environmental system is desired. Individual should have strong trouble shooting and technical aptitudes. Must be able to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and understand ladder diagrams and schematics. This is a rotating shift position, including nights and weekends.
