Hvac Service Technician

General Mechanical Contractors located in Auburn, MA established over 58 years are looking for lead HVAC Service Technician.

 

Qualifications as follows:

 

To perform installations, maintenance and repairs for multiple types of HVAC equipment including RTU’s, chillers, refrigeration systems and implemental units, DX systems along with ventilation, humidification, water treatment systems and hydronic systems. Must have complete knowledge and understanding of energy management systems as well as the associated computer skills. Performs and oversees routine preventative maintenance for all equipment brands. Can read and interpret mechanical/schematic drawings and job specifications for all equipment being installed and /or worked on. Must have communication skills in order to work harmoniously with customers and coworkers.

 

Prefer an accredited technical school diploma or job-related degree. Technician must have a minimum of eight or more years experience with a proven track record in the HVAC/R field.

 

Benefits will include paid holidays and vacation, 401k with company match, health insurance, and a service vehicle. Salary based on experience, proven track record and ability to perform the above. Yearly salary will range from $75,000 to $90,000
