Some of the HVAC Technician duties include, but are not limited to: maintain environmental conditions; organizes work; establishes environmental systems; tests and repairs environmental systems; keeps tools and equipment operating; documents actions; maintains safe and healthy work environment; updates job knowledge; accomplishes maintenance and organization mission.

Qualifications

Have great communication skills

We perform a background check on all applicants before hiring.

Must be able to pass a drug test

Practiced documentation skills.

Experience analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.

Aware of basic safety issues. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance.

Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.

Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.

Capable of light lifting (up to 30 pounds).

Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
