Full Charge Bookkeeper

Santa Rosa Beach Construction Company needs very experienced person to perform the below listed duties. Candidate must have 5+ years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.Have experience working with a licensed, Florida General Contractor.  Have excellent computer skills.  Must feel comfortable conducting interviews, hiring personnel and performing other office management duties. Job stability is a must (No job hoppers).Duties include, but not limited to:
FURNISH WEEKLY PAYROLL TO OUTSIDE PAYROLL PROVIDER
-PROVIDE MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
-MAINTAIN ASSET FILES AND DEPRECIATION SCHEDULES
-MAINTAIN GENERAL LEDGER FILES AND MAKE JOURNAL ENTRIES
-RECONCILE BANK STATEMENTS
-MAKE COPIES OF CHECKS AND DEPOSIT SLIPS
-RECEIVE PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS IN QUICK BOOKS - PULL INVOICE FROM OPEN INVOICE FILE
-IF JOB IS TIME AND MATERIAL, ATTACH BACKUP TO INVOICE FOR CUSTOMER
-INVOICE CUSTOMERS IN QUICK BOOKS - MAKE COPIES FOR JOB MASTER FILE AND ALSO OPEN INVOICE FILE
-GET APPROVAL THEN PROCESS WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECK RUN
-MAKE COPIES IF APPLICABLE FOR JOB MASTER FILE
-PROCESS/CODE VENDOR INVOICES - APPLICABLE TO JOBS OR OVERHEAD EXPENSES
-FILE A FLORIDA NOTICE TO OWNER (IF APPLICABLE)
-SET UP NEW JOB MASTER FILES
-SET UP NEW JOBS IN JOB LOG AND QUICK BOOKS
