Our Successful Estimator Candidate for our Space Coast, Florida Division will:

Complete material take-offs for base house and options

Maintain Budget - review/analyze/update

Build comparison/analysis

Set up options in computer system

Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Exemplify flexibility with tasks and have great problem solving skills

Must be able to meet deadlines

College degree preferred. (Preferred in Engineering or Construction Management).

Previous Residential Construction Experience a plus!
