Must be able to hit the ground running with no supervision. Must be able to do conceptual estimates and develop budgets and steel estimates for labor, material and erection. Must be proficient at reading contract documents for Commercial Construction projects. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Must have miscellaneous steel estimating experience and / or experience estimating steel stairs.
