EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for relieving the Real Estate / IT organization of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.  Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements; company standards, culture and business practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates and implements office services such as project and accounting operations. Provides support to the Real Estate / IT organization and other team members via daily support activities. Supports Shared Values philosophy by maintaining an attitude and exhibiting actions consistent with People and Business Values. Prepares documents using various software platforms. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Arranges conference calls and Real Estate / IT organization calendars. Conducts research, and compiles and maintains reports and spreadsheets. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Contributes to departmental activities and programs by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:·  Experience in Oracle, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required. Additional Duties: Contributes to department activities and programs by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Education/Experience: Must have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
