Customer Service Supervisor

Our client is the leader in the distribution and supplying of over 15,000 tools and supplies to the construction and building industry.  They sell construction equipment, tools and safety products for construction sites as well as servicing all parts and products.  This company has been a steady force for over 20 plus years and they continue to be recognized as the leader of their industry. This company has asked us to fill a very vital role in their organization as they continue to grow and raise the bar as an organization.  They retained our services to help them find a strong and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to be responsible for directing the operation of the Customer Service Department and counter operation of their business.  The main goal for this group is to navigate customers to solutions that help them get the job done and drive sales growth by engaging in actions that identify leads for further selling opportunities with every customer.  Additionally, the Customer Service Supervisor must develop (and improve upon) communicate and execute on the process solutions to ensure that teammates are providing exceptional customer service experiences at all times.Requirements: BS degree a plus Customer Service Supervision experience a must Must be computer literate Must have experience setting policies and procedures for group to follow Must come from a Customer Service environment with a background in distribution, manufacturing or contracting a major plus!
