 Job DescriptionHandle incoming calls and correspondence from customers in our residential and commercial business segments.Work across multiple departments or teams to ensure one call resolution for customers.Develop and maintain excellent customer relations to help us retain and grow our existing customer base.Help us continue our growth through satisfied customer referrals.Promote Guardian Protection Services products and services.

 


Minimum QualificationsExcellent communication skillsGood computer skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding, mouse)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAn eye for detail and a proven track-recordSolid work historyCustomer Service skills a plusAble to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings until 11pm, weekends, and holidays
