We're currently looking for Customer Service focused individuals for the following position.

 

Customer Relations Technician

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Customer Relations Technician is responsible for working with homeowners on any warranty requests with the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities:Work effectively with customers to ensure resolution of issues after closing. Communicate effectively with customers.Return homeowner phone calls within established timeframesInspect and resolve any issues submitted by Work with homeowners to schedule date to complete requested warranty work.  Schedule vendors to complete work.  Communicate with internal stakeholders.Order materials as necessary.Utilize daily and monthly calendars to schedule all work.Manage building partners where applicable during inspections.Attend periodic meetings.Other Duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school Diploma or GED Excellent Communication Skills1-5 years experience in related field Proficient in windows and Microsoft Office applications Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:
This position is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to move about freely with full range of motion. . Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull and carry throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
