Custom Home Builder/General Contracting FirmÂ in Central NJ seeks a full-timeÂ Job Super with extensive experience in Estimating and Blueprint Analysis. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Must beÂ able to handle projects from bid status through job completion.Â Our organization focuses on both new construction and home renovations of high-value homes in the Deal, Rumson, Long Branch, Red Bank and Matawan areas. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Â A minimum of five years experience in the construction industry is required. Must hold a valid driver's license. Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Must be able to provide verifiable references. Must be available for employment ASAP.

Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications and experience. Laptop will be provided.
