Contact Center - Night Team / call 972-245-8658Description: Utilizing the Proprietary data base, this agent will: Research and Cancel jobs that have a Cancel request pending. Process electronic imaging, attaching all images to the appropriate job. Enter work into the system that arrives in the Support Center between 5pm and 9pm. Take field status via phone, radio and voice mail from 7am-7pm. Log market ready status as called in by Division Managers. Verify all appointments have been scheduled for the next business day. Generate invoice numbers and amounts by utilizing CPCI internal documents. Print Daily work reports to each market. Complete daily wrap up and next day prep list. Perform other duties as directed by management. Standard 44 hr work week.
