Construction Office Administrator

PACE Integrated Systems, Inc. is a Southern California based contractor, specializing in high-tech building automation, as well as security and card access systems.  We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced office administrator with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced construction environment.

Qualified candidates must be professional, pro active, detail orientated and highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking and problem solving abilities.  Excellent customer service / phone skills are required. Prior contracting office experience is a must, as you will be assisting our VP of Finance with contract administration; sub contracts, certificates of liability, lien releases and pre liens.  You will be responsible for accounts receivable; progress, AIA, retention and service billing.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Minimum 2 years construction office experience

· Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Pro; Contractors Edition highly desirable

· Contract Administration a plus

· Excellent customer service / phone, written and verbal skills

· Microsoft Office

· Prior billing experience
