JOB TITLE        N-Store Services Field Team Leader or Team Member

 JOB SUMMARY

           

We have multiple field positions available from Team Leader to Team Member.  Our Field Team Employees have the general responsibility for working in a retail repair and installation of fixtures (racking, cabinets, counters etc.) environment and working closely and efficiently with customer and our customer’s job-site. All Team Employees are responsible for their team’s safety and welfare, training, installation practices, inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance of product, tools and equipment in a manner consistent with our company’s service and safety objectives.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONSAt least 1-3 years of construction experienceBasic carpentry skills and familiarity with hand tools necessaryBasic measurement skills necessaryLift equipment experience preferredAbility to read floor plansBasic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and InternetCertifications and training in construction is a plusAbility to work in a group and independentlyGood communication and customer skills Ability to travel nationallyAbility to work flexible shifts PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFlexibility- the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legsCore Strength- the ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without “giving out� or fatiguingMuscle Strength- ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds unassisted with arms and legs without difficulty or strainManual Dexterity- the ability to quickly and accurately use your hand, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objectsDynamic Strength- the ability to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously over time. This involves muscular endurance and resistance to muscle fatigue (example: standing for a long period of time)
