Construction Estimator (Bayport)
This is an oustanding opportunity with a Suffolk County general contracting firm. This company builds schools, libraries, commercial and residential facilities on Long Island. We have a need for a Project Manager with experience. Minimum five (5) years of general contracting experience Experience with Expedition software preferred Responsible for administering projects from pre-construction budgeting and scheduling through procurement Shop drawings and logs Schedule development Participate in project bidding Develope scopes of work for each trade Develop and administer change orders Cost reporting Conduct client, project meetings Excellent written and oral skills Interface with project architects, consultants and property owners Leadership skills Project close outs
