Commercial Project Superintendent  Job Description: Our client is a very dynamic industry leading General Contractor located in Omaha, NE. They are currently looking for Project Managers with a strong Medical/Healthcare Construction Background. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing complete field operations, appropriately scheduling sub-contractors and Working with Project Managers to insure projects are completed on time and on budget. **Majority of projects located in the Omaha NE Area**The Project Superintendent is required to have 5+ years of experience with medical/healthcare construction. 2+ years of experience as a project superintendent managing multi-million dollar Medical/Healthcare construction projects is required. A strong background with scheduling, supervising and computer literacy is also required. Experience with various commercial construction is preferred.This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company.
