Outstanding Superintendent Needed in the Pacific Northwest! THE COMPANYOur client, a General Contractor, is looking for an outstanding Superintendent. The company is a negotiated general contractor that is growing rapidly, increasing revenues and looking to expand. What you should expect from our client in the office: strong employee interaction encouraged, lead by example atmosphere, and shared leadership! Our Client is seeking a smart team player who knows the construction business and can be an integral part of our company! QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for the following characteristics in a Superintendent:·  True builder ·  Create and maintain a schedule ·  Fully capable of performing the job·  Manage your own forces ·  Has the respect of the sub-contractor market ·  High integrity and honesty·  Rallies the team ·  Most importantly, demonstrates leadership·  10 years Field Management experience with a track record of landmark projects with reputable firms ·  $50-100M+ and above project experience·  Self-performed labor management throughout entirety of career·  Proficiency in a variety of hardware and software systems.  ·  College degree is a plus, but not required.
