CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR Min. 10 yrs. exp in all aspects of apartment construction. Will assist in the supervision and organization of a construction crew of 30 workers and sub-contractors performing multiple trades.

Experience and or knowledge of standard building trades a must (e.g. framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc) Must also have experience in scheduling, costing, & Cal OSHA safety regulations, LAFD life safety required/ Fax resume to 213.688.0820
