Business Manager

Job Purpose:

Controls projects by developing and monitoring plans and financial related control systems.

Duties:

Manage AR/AP, report preparations and review, project auditing and site level risk management.

Meets project control financial standards by providing project control annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

Monitors project expense by categorizing and analyzing expenditures; comparing expenses to project budget; reviewing purchases; evaluating cost trends; recommending adjustments and corrections.

Responsible for the overview of bid evaluation and approval of subcontractor selections and obtaining and maintaining sub-contractor documentation.

Enforces established company policies, guidelines and procedures and manages office administrative personnel in multiple site locations within region.

Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Tracking Budget Expenses, Accounting, People Management, Vendor Relationships, Written Communication, Quality Focus, highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

Business Degree and 2-4 years minimum experience in Construction industry.
