The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting--AR, AP, payroll reporting and other bookkeeping functions in a job costing environment.  Client support—telephone and in person client interaction answering customer questions, assisting with scheduling service calls.  Office management and administrative support—keeping organized records, schedules, documentation, communications, files and maintaining a professional front office environment. These duties are administrative in nature and full training will be provided.

Computer Skills – Our company uses technology and the successful candidate will need to have mastered basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.  QuickBooks experience is required.
