Functional Responsibilities

·   Assumes the responsibility for day-to-day operations of accounts receivable for Ready Mix division.

·   Produce exceptions reports to obtain accurate billing information.

·   Use independent judgment on sales tax and add on charges.

·   Prepare and distribute customer invoices daily.

·   Issue and apply all approved credit memos in Accounting System.

·   Insure all tickets have been accounted for.

·   Resolve discrepancies on invoices by interfacing with sales personnel and customers.

·   Prepare and publish daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report for Ready Mix division.

·   Daily update and balance company wide sales and collection spreadsheet.  Daily reporting of those sales, credits and cash receipts to PNC Bank.

·   Make recommendations to supervisor for cost effective methods of accomplishing specific functions.

·   Prepare special report and complete other projects as directed.

·   Perform additional assignments per Management’s direction.

 

 

General Responsibilities

·   Interface with Employees/Customers.  Works with the sales personnel and customers to ensure all Brannan accounts receivable procedures are followed by educating and influencing team members.

·   Knowledge.  Possess knowledge of all taxing regulations, Ready Mix billing policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications

·   Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

·   High School Diploma or equivalent
