• 1-2 years apartment or hotel experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred and CPO certification a plus.
• Apartment make ready with experience repairing air conditioning units, plumbing, appliances, water heaters, electrical circuits, and pools preferred.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and be able to climb a ladder to perform high reach duties

Requirements:

As an Assistant Service Manager (Maintenance Assistant), you will be responsible for responding to and completing service requests within a timely manner. You will also upkeep the grounds, repair dry wall, paint, caulk, and use a pressure washer. As well as, repair/install air conditioners, refrigerators, stoves, ceiling fans, water heaters and other duties as assigned. Must be able work “on call� which may include nights and weekends as needed
