Title: Assistant Project Manager

 

 

Permasteelisa North America is a unique company that designs, engineers, manufactures and installs curtain wall for signature buildings across the United States. At one time there may be as many as 20 buildings being erected.

 

 

Job Function:

 

This position supports and assists the Project Manager in managing/coordinating all project related activities.

Essential Functions:

 Assist in the preparation and finalization of shop drawings for curtain wall projects. Responsible for preparation of cutting list for assigned projects. Verify materials take-off of big and small projects. Responsible for warranty, maintenance and close out of projections. Check and recommend the production drawings prior to mass production.

 Other duties as necessary

 

Qualifications:

 Curtain wall industry experience highly preferred Minimum 2 years construction experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction management preferred Some business and/or finance coursework preferred
