Essential duties & responsibilities:Assists and supports Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule and quality standards are metAssist in communicating effectively with the Owner, coordinating team meetings and reviewing contract documents

§ Assist in the development and maintenance of construction project schedules using Critical Path Method techniques Assist in development and maintenance of budgets and cost estimates, including the review of design professional and contractor pay applications and changesAssist in obtaining required permits for the work from governmental agencies and in coordinating required inspections by appropriate inspectors

 

Requirements:BS in Construction Science/Management, Architecture, or Engineering required2-5 years of experience in the design and construction industryKnowledge of construction principles, techniques and proceduresAbility to effectively present information in oral, written and graphic form
