Administrative Assistant- support a great team of 6!
This administrative assistant position will support a team of 5 estimators and the VP of this department.
Solid computer skills (Word and Excel) are a must. This department will receive plans with specs from architects and this position will convert these specs onto a computer program and categorize them. The estimators within this department will rely on this administrative assistant to organize the plans in order to distribute them as needed. Heavy phones, faxing and computer work is involved.Â
This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and who is comfortable working in a deadline oriented environment. This is a time sensitive group where organization, accuracy and good follow through are needed.Â
The administrative role will have busy time and may have down time where this person will be encouraged to assist in other areas/ departments. This will allow you to learn other areas within the company and be cross trained for future advancement opportunities.
