Administrative Assistant with experience in Construction, Design, and/or Sales & Marketing.

 

Unique home builder with specialty products line needs multi tasker to support our team.

Minimum 5 years experience in office admin, proficient computer skills must include data base management, word, excel, web site support and graphics basics.  Cursory knowledge of CAD or other design programs a real advantage.  Organized, detail oriented “neatnikâ€� will be welcome.

 

Job requirements will include: contract documentation and preparation, master calendar scheduling and appointment setting, sales data base control and analysis.  Other tasks will include, from time to time, setting up for trade shows and off site meetings, advertising planning and placement, and other duties as directed by the staff.  A candidate with construction experience will have opportunity for growth with additional duties in construction documentation, production support, job buyouts, or other project related duties.

 

Requirements: min. 2 year college, excellent computer skills, 5 years minimum work experience in related position.
