Administrative Assistant / Project Administrator
Due to promotion, project management/construction management company is seeking a professional project administrative assistant with excellent interpersonal, grammar, and organizational skills to provide support to our project team located on site at a major healthcare provider in the Washington DC area. This individual is the first point of contact for the project team, including consultants, contractors, owners, and in-house project managers.

 The position involves:
Â
-Â answering phones
-Â scheduling meetings
-Â assisting with project accounting
-Â distributing mail
- processing correspondence/project documents
-Â monitoring and tracking project documents (RFIs, submittals, contracts)
-Â maintaining the professional appearance of the office
-Â maintaining office files
-Â maintaining supply inventory
-Â proofreading documents
- interacting with all members of the project team, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and a high profile client
- occasional travel for company errands and travel between project sites (reliable transportation is required)Â
Â
This position requires a reliable, detail oriented person with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software and three years of related experience.  We will consider a recent college degree in a related subject in lieu of work experience.
