Administrative Assistant/Accounting Support
Our client is currently seeking an experience Administrative Assistant/Accounting support person to help out in a busy smaller office. The right candidates will have at least 2 years of payroll experience and experience working with payroll taxes, preparing W-2's, maintaining employee files, preparing quarterly reports, taking care of walk in traffic & phones, typing correspondance, transcribing meeting minutes from paper & distributing and preparing reports. The right candidate must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Timberline software experience preferred.
