This position supports the administrative and operational activities of the Indianapolis region. Using the automated accounting/inventory system, the successful candidate will process and oversee purchase orders, sales orders and invoices as well as provide all needed administrative support.

Required Skills:Ability to understand and operate in an automated accounting/inventory system. Personal Computer literacy. Excel, Word, and Inventory system. Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally with customers, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. Ability to take direction form Regional Manager and work closely with operations and Sales personnel. Ability to understand field reports and process proper billings. Experience Required:Associate degree in Business or experience in related business or the fire protection field. 1 year experience in personal computers. 1 year experience in office administration, including filing, and providing phone support. 6 months experience in purchasing and inventory systems.
