AR Clerk
Description:Job Purpose:The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date receivables, collecting past due funds, coordinating with Accounting Manager for delinquent accounts, contributing to team of office personnel as required.
Duties:* Receives incoming payments, properly allocate funds to open receivables, prepare bank deposits.* Perform collection duties to keep Accounts Receivable current
* Enters service tickets and creates billing for same
* assists in answering and routing incoming calls if lines are busy. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 *Job is located at the Hudson offices located at 8950 New York Avenue.
 *Previous experience helpful
