Job Purpose:
Duties:
Prepare and Organize pre-construction documents : ie Purchase orders,submittals,billing
Develope and manager subcontractors
conduct drawing reviews
Create, implement and maintain schedules
* obtaining tools and equipment; materials and supplies.
* Provides construction progress reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing construction and budget data and trends.
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong PC skills(MS office,MS Project)
Strong comunication skills
Ability to read construction documents
