Windows Systems Administrator

Job DescriptionMature North Scottsdale company seeks an on site Systems Administrator to work with its off site IT Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities Routine system maintenance and end user support Maintain network equipment Maintain corporate firewalls. Backup and restore administration. Monitor site security. Microsoft server administration, including Exchange Server and MS SQL Knowledge of Veritas backup system a plus Maintain network/domain and associated servers. Internet sites administration. Disaster recovery administration. Network utilization monitoring and reporting. Domain name organization and management. Maintain professional and supportive communications with internal teams and external contractors and vendors. Maintain an organized, clearly labeled and managed work environment. Intranet and end user support, including break/fix and upgrades Blackberry enterprise support IP Phone system technical contact with vendor MCSE a PlusQualifications Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with the following applications and utilities: Microsoft Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS, Network and server monitoring tools, and backup and recovery systems. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure documentation.
