This is a nation-wide search. Roscoe Bridge is a 30+ member team located in Missoula, Montana that is looking for a new member that wants to have fun while we grow the business! Roscoe Bridge sells direct to customers throughout the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest. We have a good website (roscoebridge.com) that is a great platform for selling Nation-wide. We need you to help take our web-based sales and applications support to the next level!

 

The professional with the "right stuff" will demonstrate the following skills and leadership abilities;

  Great writing and communications skills: Responding to inquiries for modular steel bridges via electronic communications is rewarding, fun and a challenge for the strongest communicators. A great multi-tasker: On any given day, you will be challenged with pre-qualifying and supporting unique bridging opportunities coast-to-coast, while maintaining a focus on how to improve our website to make it a better tool for growing our business. Creative and self-motivated: You will have accountability for web-based sales results, and influencing the direction, content and customer-support tools associated with our website. Marketing and Growth through effective branding and focused sales effort. Our sales is pre-qualified by focusing on the three W's, Who we want to sell to, What we want to sell, and What's a good order look like. Our Web-based branding and identity must reflect our sales focus. You will have responsibility for establishing, improving and maintaining this focus for web-based sales and customer support. Inside Sales Support and Teamwork: Our Bridge Consultants in the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest are in-the-field most of the time and need an inside sales champion to help track and follow-up on sales opportunities. Your skills at "teaming" with the Bridge Consultants in concert with web-based applications and quotation support is part of the fun, diversity, and accomplishment associated with this position. Technical Competence and Ability to Visualize Site-specific Requirements: Roscoe Bridges are pre-engineered and easy to apply and sell. Having demonstrated skills in identifying applications and site-specific information from a broad spectrum of a) non-technical customers, as well as b) technical engineers and architects, will be a major advantage. 

 

The position requires working from our Missoula, Montana office and has great growth potential throughout our company's three locations. Occasional travel (approximately 5%) will be required.
