This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact and have the potential for exceptional personal growth.  Duties Include: To dispatch truck driver on a daily basis and in an organized manner as to maximize the use of his/her time Supervise and direct warehouse personnel Ensure excess materials in warehouse are properly routed so as to maximize profits Write up “Material Delivery Slips” daily for materials delivered to job sites and price needed Coordinate deliveries with field personnel to ensure maximum productivity at the job sites Responsible for all tools and materials required on a daily basis on job sites as directed by foremen or project manager Returns to vendors Keep warehouse clean and organized Material order picking and pt away of non-returnable stock Help in loading trucks for deliveries Make emergency deliveries as needed.  Work closely with the business office to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations. Evaluate complaints received on delivery and supplies and take appropriate action. Recommend for purchase replacement product that require replacement during the year. Participate in the interview process for all prospective warehouse employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed. Conduct disciplinary action as needed. Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse. Maintain records of supplies and materials entering and leaving the warehouse. Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment as prescribed by law and policy. Perform other duties as assigned by the director. Education & Minimum Years of Experience: High school diploma required. Post high school education preferred.
