WEBMASTER - Roofing Division

Sika Sarnafil, A Division of Sika Corporation, is a dynamic, fast growing company operating in the commercial and industrial construction market.  Sika Sarnafil manufactures high quality, single ply roofing and waterproofing membranes.  With over 40 years experience, Sika Sarnafil's roofing and waterproofing systems are recognized for their ability to withstand the test of time.  Our solutions are successful and we service our customers by providing beneficial support in the form of comprehensive design review and technical advice during construction.We are looking for a Webmaster to take our e-marketing strategy and initiatives to the next level.  Working directly with the Director of Marketing, the Webmaster will develop the company's goals, objectives and tactics to leverage the internet and other digital technologies to support the company's business goals.  The responsibilities include: -  Manage Sika Sarnafil’s U.S. and Canadian website content-  Optimize website ranking with major search engines-  Evaluate and recommend interactive marketing media opportunities consistent with the e-media strategy and budget-  Manage interactive marketing campaigns, including email, banners, webinars, e-newsletters and e-learning portals from start to finish-  Work with media agencies and outlets to develop creative, secure placement and measure results of e-media initiatives-  Manage product content on various sponsored websites-  Work with various enterprise software programs to manage customer information for use with marketing activities Minimum Qualifications:  -  Bachelor’s degree-  2 to 5 years related experience in marketing with an emphasis on electronic media Personal Skills and Attributes: -  Strong understanding of interactive marketing including website design (html programming not required), search engine optimization, email, banners and Google adwords.-  Must be very detail oriented-  Proficient with windows based software, Quark XPress, Adobe InDesign, and PhotoShop a plus-  Strong analytical skills-  Must be able to manage projects from beginning to end-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills-  Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.  -  Must be able to manage and organize several activities at one time-  Must work well with groups of people from diverse disciplines -  Creative and business writing skills a strong plus Sika Sarnafil offers a comprehensive benefit package including competitive salary, profit sharing, medical and dental insurance, flexible spending and dependant care plans, and an excellent 401(K) program and tuition reimbursement.
