We are pleased to announce that we have been retained by a leading Global Real Estate Services firm, focused on the delivery of exceptional strategic, fully-integrated services for property owners, investors and occupiers.

Our client is in search of a Vice President, Healthcare to lead a Regional healthcare team. This person will be responsible for new business development, as well as directing, coordinating and administering all activities of the Project Executives within the Regional Healthcare Development Management practice. This person must be a strong seller/doer with impeccable leadership traits.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who posses among other characteristics: a minimum 15 years of business development, building, design or construction experience as it relates to the Healthcare industry; a familiarity with the Healthcare market including an extensive network of contacts; exceptional interpersonal skills and sales acumen; engineering or architectural training; thorough knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and procedures; the ability to lead a team and build upon an already proven practice.

Candidates must embody strong entrepreneurial qualities to drive our clientâ€™s emerging business platform.
