A housing solution consists of a high quality wood frame housing structure (known as the “envelope”), which has been assembled on a concrete foundation and then fitted with tasteful windows, doors, a durable roof and exterior facade. Construction services will be provided by DreamBuilders, a division of DreamHouse.
At present, DreamHouse Ukraine is seeking an experienced plant manager or consultant to optimize all aspects of our component manufacturing business (I-joists, wall systems and roof trusses).

At present, DreamHouse Ukraine is seeking an experienced plant manager or consultant to optimize all aspects of our component manufacturing business (I-joists, wall systems and roof trusses). You will work closely with Ukrainian plant managers to introduce industry best practices in all areas including:
· Quality control
· Materials tracking and handling
· Job scheduling and tracking
· Efficiency and cost-control
· Purchasing
· Budgeting
· Safety
· Customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have 3+ years management experience in a wood component manufacturing environment. Knowledge and skills of Mitek Software preferred. Must be sales driven and possess strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. Knowledge of Russian language preferred but not required.
Compensation
· Competitive salary ($40,000 to $100,000 per annum depending on qualifications)
· Performance based bonus
· Generous housing and travel allowance
