The individual in this positions provides coordination of project execution and control, in a given discipline area, to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through final design. Also accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to his/her discipline field. Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serve as technical liaison with client on project efforts. Cost control on projects and quality control within discipline. Planning, design and construction phases of projects. Completeness and accuracy of design team work.Technical liaison with client for work within the discipline.This position will be based out our Scott Depot, West Virginia office.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering plus 6 years of experience. Microstation, Inroads or Geopak experience is desirable. WVDOH or VDOT experience would be a plus!
