Technology Training Specialist

Direct Hire opportunity for a Technology Trainer.   This position will be responsible for the technology training standards and measurements by maintaining and administering the Technology Training Certification Program to maximize the company’s investment in technology.Plans and develops training curriculum and documentation for all technology systems by working closely with the development teams and building consensus with local unit Technology Trainers on all technology training development.Certify the designated local technology training professional at each operating unit by delivering classroom and/or virtual training for the initial rollout of any new technology training initiative while also using “train the trainer” methodology to.Provides additional resources to end-users by developing and administering additional documentation as needed.Improves training standards, methodologies, and tools for all Technology Training functions by making recommendations as needed.Establishes and administers the corporate eLearning program by adding/deleting users; creating reports; and choosing course content.Assures application compliance by assisting with application testing as needed.Evaluates trainee performance by administering and evaluating written and practical exams and evaluates trainer performance by administering and evaluating written evaluations. Qualified Candidates will possess 3 years of instructional development of technology-based training to include delivering technical training in a classroom environment and web-based.Must have strong written and verbal communications skills, and excellent customer service focus.
