TUNNEL SHIFT ENGINEER
Frontier Kemper Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced tunnel shift engineer for assignment on the Brightwater Central Conveyance tunnel near Seattle WA. The project consists of two 14.33 ft. diameter segmentally lined tunnels totaling 33, 000 lf. Two mix-shield (slurry & compressed air) tunnel boring machines will be utilized.Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in mechanized tunneling with TBM experience a plus. BS degree in Civil or Mining Engineering preferred. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills.
