Established and growing commercial general construction company is looking for dynamic individuals. Job expectations: Â
·        Overall coordination of subcontractors.
·        Thorough understanding of project schedules.
·        Commitment to completion of projects on time and within budget.
·        Ability to resolve field v/s plans’ related discrepancies.
·        Eye for detail and excellence.
·        Basic computer skills and an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
·        Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to take a project from start to 100% completion. This includes City and client sign off, and all paperwork.
·        Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple people in order to achieve tight schedules
All work to be performed in coordination with the project manager. Requirements
·        Minimum 8 years commercial construction experienceÂ
·        At least 5 years as a superintendent.
